EA2 (emma Access & Administration) is an enterprise feature for securely managing access to emma within your organization. It provides user management, policy-based access control, audit logs, and other features to meet enterprise security requirements.

What is EA2?

EA2 is a system that centralizes access management for your organization's emma account. Administrators can create and manage users within the organization and grant appropriate permissions to each user.

Available Policies

EA2 supports two types of policies: emma-managed policies and custom policies.

Full access to all EA2 operations (user management, policy management, audit log viewing)

ReadOnlyAccess

View-only access to user list and policy list (no modifications)

Custom Policy

customer-managed

Define organization-specific permission sets (creation limits vary by plan)

Providing Access to Team Members

Create EA2 users for each team member without sharing the Root account. Each member can access emma with their own credentials.
